Endoscopic forehead lift
As people age, the effects of gravity, exposure to the sun, and the stresses of daily life can be seen in their faces. But at the age of 30 we recommend you an endoscopic forehead lift. This sparing procedure that require less recovery time. Instead of the usual ear-to-ear incision, three or more "puncture-type" incisions are made just at the hairline. The endoscope helps guide the surgeon, who removes the muscles that produce frown lines, and repositions the eyebrows at a higher level. The effect lasts at least 5 years.
Face lift
In 35 the skin can’t stop underlying muscles and stretches with them. In this case you need a classical face lift. This procedure can improve the most visible signs of aging by removing excess fat, tightening underlying muscles, and redraping the skin of your face and neck.
Surgery technique
This procedure is usually performed under general anesthesia and takes one to three hours. Incisions usually begin above the hairline at the temples, extend in a natural line in front of the ear (or just inside the cartilage at the front of the ear), and continue behind the earlobe to the lower scalp. In general, the surgeon separates the skin from the fat and muscle below. The surgeon then tightens the underlying muscle and membrane, pulls the skin back, and removes the excess. Stitches secure the layers of tissue and close the incisions.
After your surgery
The pain shouldn’t be severe. Bandages, when used, are usually removed after 3-4 days. Most of your stitches will be removed after about 8-9 days. You’ll get back to normal in 2 months.
Duration of stay in clinic: 24 hours.
Rehabilitation:
Your face will continue to age with time, and you may want to repeat the procedure one or more times-perhaps ten years down the line. But in another sense, the effects of even one facelift are lasting; years later, you'll continue to look better than if you'd never had a facelift at all.
